FAQ How are orders packaged? Prints are rolled and sent in 3×19 inch tubes. When will my order go out? We ship every Friday via Canada Post. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most places around the world! Visit Stripe to see if we can ship to your country. What are your shipping costs? Costs vary based on number of items and destination. You can check your specific shipping charges when you add items to your shopping cart. What is a mailing tube surcharge? The mailing tube surcharge is applied by Canada Post to containers that are cylindrical in shape, as they incur higher handling costs during delivery. Do you charge sales tax? We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside of Canada. For orders within Canada taxes are automatically calculated upon checkout. What methods of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Do you have a physical store that I can visit? Unfortunately, we do not at this time. Can I place my order over the phone? Sorry, we’re only able to accept orders online. My order arrived damaged. What are my options? Oh no! Sorry about that. Sometimes the mail carriers get a little too excited when delivering your art! Just send us a photo of the damage and we’ll gladly replace your item. What is your return policy? Unfortunately all artwork is non-refundable, unless it’s damaged. Then we’re happy to issue a replacement. Do you offer Gift Cards? Sorry, not at the moment.
