The mailing tube surcharge is applied by Canada Post to containers that are cylindrical in shape, as they incur higher handling costs during delivery.

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside of Canada. For orders within Canada taxes are automatically calculated upon checkout.

Oh no! Sorry about that. Sometimes the mail carriers get a little too excited when delivering your art! Just send us a photo of the damage and we’ll gladly replace your item.

Unfortunately all artwork is non-refundable, unless it’s damaged. Then we’re happy to issue a replacement.
